Loyalty cards

Make sure you make the most of and sign up to every loyalty or points card going at every retailer you use even if its not somewhere you visit frequently. All points add up over time and most places will offer good incentives like freebies or options to trade your points into prizes.

Most popular drink outlets (Costa, Starbucks etc) will supply you with a free loyalty card and in most examples will provide you with a FREE drink after buying so many. For example after your fifth coffee you get the sixth for FREE!

Be careful Don’t be fooled into thinking any sort of credit unless interest FREE from a shop is a good idea. Store credit cards aren’t Loyalty cards and although may sound like a good deal when they offer an incentive to sign up like £10 off your purchase today or buy now pay later if you sign up, they will in most cases come with hefty interest rate which you will later find difficult to pay off.
