Top 3 Tools to manage cold calling campaigns

Some people say cold calling is dead.

They are probably right.

Who likes to be called anymore?

Yet, many companies still rely on it to generate revenue, especially in B2B.

Fortunately, there are many tools to help sales reps be more efficient.

I have done cold calling before, still do sometimes.

And I definitely need these tools, because here is what you will struggle with without the proper equipement:

Now, here are a few features you should care about when picking up your tool:

Auto dialling!

Dialling by hand is…painful, especially if you have international clients. “What’s the country code for Denmark again??”😒😄

Pre-recorded messages.

Another great feature. When cold calling, you end up in voicemails…a lot. There is nothing more annoying than repeating the same message a thousand times.

CRM Integration for your calling activities and notes

You don’t want 2 screens open and typing back again everything on your CRM…

So finally, here is my experience with cold calling tools and the 3 top ones:

A great tool. Very efficient. Support and integrations are great.

However they cater to large clients and are not focused on outbound specifically. You can manage your inbound calling system with them as well.

Count 30$/user/month billed annually for their cheapest subscription.

Now this company is great if you want to focus on outbound, as you can probably understand from their name…

Great integrations, features, probably the best and most suited tool for cold calling.

However, they are the most expensive of these 3.

Count a minimum of 100$/user/month paid annually for their cheapest subscription.

Now this is my favorite tool of the 3.

Why?

I have been using them for over a year, and everything is extremely smooth. Never failed once.

The tool is extremely fast to deploy. I can’t talk that much about support because I never had to use them.

And the price…

Well, it’s definitely the cheapest among the 3.

Count 15$/user/month billed annually. They even have a free plan!

You can manage your inbound calling system with them as well.

Definitely recommend Toky.co. They improved their product a lot from their humble beginnings, it’s worth checking now.

Hope this help. If it does, leave some claps!

Before checking any of these tools know that, the most advanced CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce include calling features as well.

However, from my experience they are not really built for cold calling. You should probably get yourself a standalone tool.
