The fox and the hedgehog

Try to answer these after working on both types of project:

A fox knows many things. When threatened, the fox remains flexible, coming up with a clever way to deal with that particular matter. The hedgehog, however, responds the same way to every threat: it rolls up into a ball. The fox is wily and resilient. The hedgehog consistent but inflexible. [3]

Think like a fox when dealing with projects. There will be a lot of unknowns and challenges in impactful projects. Be flexible.

Foxes pursue many goals and interests at the same time. As a result, their thinking is scattered and unfocused, and can result in not achieving goals. Hedgehogs, however, simplify the world and focus on a single, overarching vision, which they then achieve.

Be a hedgehog while working on a task. Be focused and deliberate.
