My pursuit of longevity

Get a Horvath Age test $480 with myDNAge this will act as a baseline to know if my intervention efforts are working. Hopefully the cost of these tests will decrease in the future allowing me to get them on a monthly or even daily basis.

I would really like to monitor my glucose continuously however that will cost $2400/year with FreeStyle Libre 2. This cost will likely decrease when Levels (which is promoted by David Sinclair) releases their product. However, I can trial it for 14 days for $92.50 which is tempting, perhaps I can make the sensor stay on for more than 14 days.

There are a number of products that can provide continuous blood oxygen concentration, heart rate variability and base line heart rate all inside of a ring form factor. Out of my limited search the $430 Oura Ring seems to be the best with a multi-day battery life and sleek look. I am amazed a product like this exists.

Unfortunately continuous cortisol and lactate monitors are not commercially available however the Humon device ($399) can detect the lactate limit via blood oxygen saturation. This is important for optimising exercise. However perhaps the Oura Ring can do this as well.

All up this will cost $1400. After I complete my budget I’ll see if I can justify this cost.
